The Palm Beach County Sherriff’s Office release Tiger Wood’s toxicology report on Monday, following his arrest on suspicion of DUI on May 29, and was found to have Vicodin, Dilaudid, Xanax, Ambien and THC in his system.
At the time of arrest he failed multiple field sobriety tests, but also blew a 0.00 on a breathalyzer after being taken into custody.
Vicodin and Dilaudid are pain killers, Xanax and Ambien are sleeping aids and THC is the compound found in Marijuana.
All are available via prescription, and Medical Marijuana is legal in Florida.
This was the statement released by Tiger a few weeks after the arrest;
“As I previously said, I received professional help to manage my medications,” “Recently, I had been trying on my own to treat my back pain and a sleep disorder, including insomnia, but I realize now it was a mistake to do this without medical assistance. I am continuing to work with my doctors, and they feel I’ve made significant progress. I remain grateful for the amazing support that I continue to receive and for the family and friends that are assisting me.”
A few weeks ago he was diving for lobster, so we can only hope the great man is on the mend!
