Tyrrell Hatton has caught a rough break at the Omega European Masters in Switzerland, showing us all how brutal golf can really be!
On his 12th hole for the second round, Tyrrell hit a great shot into the green that landed metres from the pin, only for it to spin back off and into the hazard! He was 8-under at this stage and in 3rd position after having been joint-leader after the first round. Check out the shot below!
Tyrell made a double-bogey on the 12th due to this bad luck, the same hole that he had eagled the day before! Golf is a frustrating game; at least we can take some comfort in the Pros feeling the wrath of the Golf Gods from time to time just as we constantly do!
Australian Scott Hend currently leads the event outright at 13-under.
